1. Executive Summary

For India's major initiatives like Make in India and Skill India to achieve their potential, STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) education must serve as the primary cornerstone. We cannot lead in semiconductors, drones, or AI without equipping our students with early practical engineering capabilities.

After successfully conducting high-energy bootcamps for 5,047 students across 19 institutions, our goal is to build on this framework by setting up permanent, physical laboratories in schools. Over the next 5 years, we aim to impact 2 Lakh (200,000) students, providing them with structured environments to experiment, prototype, and build the future.

2. Building Tech Sovereignty

Our curriculum is tailored to align with critical global industry verticals. We are introducing modules in:

  • Robotics & Semiconductor: Fostering hands-on logic, microcontroller integration, chip architectures, and early exposure to semiconductor concepts.
  • Automation: Designing and programming smart sensing, actuators, and self-regulating machines.
  • Generative AI: Prompt logic, API development, and software models.
  • Robotics & IoT: Microcontroller firmware and cloud sensor telemetry.

The Goal: No more high-tech dependencies. A self-reliant, tech-sovereign India.

3. Sustainable Lab Setup Timeline

To ensure maximum efficiency and full transparency for corporate donors, we implement a verified 9-stage pipeline:

01. School Infrastructure Survey
Auditing power grid stability, local desk space, and school enrollment metrics.
02. School Selection
Prioritizing rural government institutions with minimal existing resources.
03. Department & Local Approvals
Securing legal permissions from local municipal education departments.
04. Execution of Triparty MoU
Formalizing long-term support with the school administration, our team, and the CSR donor.
05. Lab Assembly & branding
Installing computers, electrical workbenches, 3D printers, and mounting Donor Name Plates.
06. Teacher Training (TTT)
Conducting week-long coding and diagnostics training to make the lab self-sufficient.
07. Progress Monitoring
Bi-weekly software logic checks, tool counts, and student enrollment verification.
08. National Exhibition Mentoring
Preparing teams to compete and pitch hardware prototypes in national hackathons.
09. Monthly Progress & Fund Audits
Delivering detailed monthly fund audits and student feedback forms to CSR sponsors.
